  2. How do I know what is a good carpet?

There are three (3) main grades of carpet that you can choose from:

    Low-Grade (Basic):
These are the lower cost carpets that are usually made from 100% Nylon and Polyester fibers. Depending on the application of the carpet, it is helpful to know that nylon fibers stand up better, whereas polyester fibers clean up better. Be sure to discuss your individual needs with your sales professional to make sure you get the right carpet for the job.

    Mid-Grade:
These mid-priced carpets also come in a variety of nylon and polyester fibers. These carpets generally have a longer strand, a tighter weave and more twists per inch. They hold up better than the low-grade carpets and have better manufacturer warranties.

    High-Grade:
These are the upper-end and most expensive carpets. Also available in both nylon and polyester fibers. These carpets generally include crush resistance, texture guard, and have soil and stain resistant treatments in the carpet fibers as opposed to a spray on or topical solutions. They are also available in a variety of traffic ratings and have the best warranties. Depending on the quality of the carpet, usually the fibers are much softer to the touch, and not as course as the lower grade carpets.

  3.  What kind of warranty do you offer?

    Carpet of Flooring Warranties:
Carpet and/or flooring warranties depend on the manufacturer and grade of carpet/flooring that you are purchasing. Standard warranties range from 5 years, 7 years and 10 years depending on the product.

    Labor and Installation Warranties:
We offer a 1 year warranty on all labor/installs from the date of installation.

  4. When can you install my flooring?

We make every effort to meet the customers timeframe with every installation.
In-stock product installations can be as soon as the following day. Special orders require two (2) weeks for delivery of product and installation scheduling.
